Knox Security System forms can be obtained at Station 19 located at 4091 Jefferson Ave in Redwood City. Please pick one up in the front lobby, fill it out and bring it back completed. We will send the form to the Knox Company. You may request that the order be faxed in upon submittal, the payment must then be via credit card. To schedule a Knox Box inspection, contact  Pub Ed Officer Selena Brown @ 423-1406.

We do not assign tent permits, but they must be approved and inspected before the event ($60 inspection fee). For a tent inspection, please call 650-423-1406.

Fire Sprinkler plan check/inspections:

$350.00   -   Includes 2 plan checks and 3 inspections
                   Additional inspections will be $60.00 ea and 2nd plan check resubmits will be $150.00

Residential or TI plan check/inspections:

$180.00   -    Includes 1 plan check, 1 re-submittal and 1 inspection
                    Additional inspections will be $60.00 ea and additional plan checks will be $60.00 ea

Driveway Plan Check and Inspections:

$120.00
