The Town of Woodside is sponsoring a workshop on How to Prevent Falls at home.  Topics covered will include: (1) steps you can take in your home to make it safe from kitchen to bedroom, bathroom to outdoors;  (2) how some simple hardware devices and home repairs can reduce the likelihood of falling; (3) services available for older adults at the San Mateo County Adult Services Department, and; (4) information and services available for older adults at the San Mateo County Library.
